Regarding your Booking Information
By accessing, using, browsing or booking through our Web Site(s) or Directly or Indirectly through YatraZone or its representative(s), you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions & cancellation policy and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. By accepting our booking terms & conditions, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the Pilgrimage, Hotels, aviation services, Airlines, and other associate service provid from us.
Cancellation Policy:- In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing by the client. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
1) 25% cancellation charges of the Package Cost at the time of booking/ advance payment, (75% Package cost will be refundable, after getting the full payment from the client)
2) 50% cancellation charges of the Package cost after issuing your confirmation & e-vouchers (50% Package cost will be refundable, after getting the full payment from the client)
3) 90 days prior to Yatra Starting Date: 100% cancellation charges of the Package Cost without any refund provided you have received any booking confirmation / e vouchers Or Not. Package will be in 100% non-refundable conditions if the clients cancel their booking 90 days from the starting dates of Yatra.
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday & other National Holidays, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's Or National Holidays will be considered on the next working day.
1. Yatries are highly advised to prepare their “Yatra Registration” (Off line or Online whatever is possible) also, even after making your Package booking. The Company will make 100% efforts to get your confirmation, however, if at any stage the Company is unable to provide you with the availability of confirmation in any circumstances, you may continue your Yatra Route by your Registration. In this case: a) the company will provide you full refund of the others (after receiving your full payment) so that you can avail your other arrangements i.e. Hotels & transport pre-booked services. The company will also provide you proper guidance of the Yatra registration process. Apart of this b) if clients wants the full refund of their package (In case of non delivery yatra confirmation by us), company is ready to refund your full payment without any deduction of charges.
2. Whoever the client: - Heart disease, asthma, sugar, BP. etc is suffering from any type of disease, those people should consult their doctor before booking them. Once you book your Package, if you cancel the booking due to any reason or due to medical reasons, in this case, the cancellation policy will be applied.
3. For Same Day Return Packages: If due to security reasons you will be unable to reach your pre-booked hotel/ destination in this case it will be treated as No – Show without and refund (Last moment cancellation/ amendment will not be acceptable). Kindly book your departure flight only in late evening from Srinagar so that you can easily reach Srinagar airport without any delays to catch your flight. Therefore, before booking your Same Day Return Package, check your flight timing so that you do not face any kind of inconvenience.
4. If during your travel you will face any kind of problem regarding your Hotels & transport, you all are highly requested to contact to our executive same time so that he/she can resolve the problem at same movement. After reaching your home if you will complain about anything we won’t be unable to solve the issue. Also do not pay any cash payment to driver / Hotel staff against your pre-booked package/ services. If anybody will demand you any cash payment, please inform/complain the same to your executive same time.
5. It is estimated that per Adult passenger weight is 75 -80 KG approx (as per the aviation policy). In case of an overweight of passenger, because of the weight limitations of the helicopter, Heli Services has the discretion to refuse or make the alteration into the booking /fare and charge an additional amount for the excess weight as per Industry practice. A maximum of 5 kg of hand baggage per Adult is permitted only. Excess baggage is not permitted.

Useful Information
Your journey shall involve trekking across high mountains, facing strong cold winds. You must carry (i) adequate woollen clothing; (ii) a small umbrella (preferably one which is tied with an elastic band around your head and supported by a strap around the chin); (iii) windcheater; (iv) raincoat; (v) waterproof trekking shoes; (vi) torch; (vii) walking stick; (viii) cap (preferably a monkey cap); (ix) gloves; (x) jacket; (xi) woollen socks; (xii) trousers (preferably a waterproof pair). These items are essential as the climate is highly unpredictable and changes abruptly from sunny weather to rain and snow. The temperature can sometimes abruptly fall to 5 degrees Celcius or lower.
For Ladies: Saree is not a suitable dress for the Yatra. Salwar Kameez, pant shirt or a track suit will be better. Ladies who are more than 6 week pregnant shall not be allowed to undertake the pilgrimage.
Other Useful Information
1. Please walk 4-5 Km daily, consult your doctor, exercise deep breathing and drink plenty of water etc. to prepare yourself for the Yatra
2. Please do not undertake your Yatra without proper shoes and woollens clothes and always carry Identity Card, Compulsory Heath Certificate, registration Permit, raincoat, Umbrella etc.
3. Please consult your doctor again before embarking your journey and do not forget to carry your Registration Permit.
4. Please walk slowly while ascending, relax at regular intervals and descend immediately to lower elevation in case of any symptom of sickness, discomfort during the Yatra.
5. Please keep your clothes and eatables in a suitable water proof bag to avoid your belongings getting wet
6. Women Yatris must avoid wearing Saree during trekking and should wear Salwar Kameez, Pant-Shirt or Track suit.
7. Please do not commence journey on an empty stomach. Please do not overexert during the Yatra beyond your normal capacity
8. During Yatra, please travel in group with porters/horses/ponies and ensure they remain in your sight. Please help your fellow Yatris on the tracks
9. Please do not attempt any shortcuts, walk only on the track and never stop at places which are marked by warning notice
10. Please get police assistance and announcement made on Public Address system in case any member of your group found missing.
11. Free food facility is available in the entire Yatra area at the langars. Please consume plenty of carbohydrates and follow prescribed food menu
12. lease do take precautions in view of high altitude sickness and avoid overnight stay at place. Please do not ignore the symptoms of high altitude sickness.
13. Please do not drink alcohol, caffeinated drink or smoke. Please do not throw used plastic bottles and other garbage in open
14. Earth, water, air, fire and sky are integral parts of lords place. Please respect the environment and do nothing whatsoever to pollute the Yatra area
15. Please perform Yatra with a pious mind and do not throw coins, notes, chunni etc. at the Holy temple

Itinerary May Change At Any Time
Tour Itinerary mentioned in our package is tentative schedule. Force Majeure or Acts of God:- terrorism, civil unrest, rioting, war, natural disaster, typhoons, floods, landslide, political crisis, curfew, which is beyond the control of the Agent/Hotel. We reserve the right to alter, amend, c0r to departure of the tour. If such changes / events occur during the tour, our tour manager or local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot and we solicit your full co-operation in accepting such circumstantial changes.
Such changes may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as Force Majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to keep the overall package of services unchanged. However, we shall not be responsible / liable to refund any amount or pay any compensation on account of any change in itinerary. Due to these circumstances, if you have to make any separate payment for any service, we do not have any responsibility in any way.
Pricing
The total price displayed on the Website on the payment page usually includes base fare, applicable government taxes and convenience fee. Users are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of their booking(s). In the event the User does not pay the entire amount, YatraZone reserves its right to cancel the booking. User agrees to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges and fees, as applicable on the date of travel.
To avail infant fares, the age of the child must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, User will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare. Any infants or children must be accompanied by an adult as per the terms of the airlines.
Travel Documents
It shall be the sole responsibility of the User to ensure they are in possession of valid travel documents such as identity proof, passport, visa (including transit visa) etc. to undertake the travel. User agrees that in case of inability to travel for not carrying valid travel documents, YatraZone.com shall in no way be held liable.
User understands that the information (if any) provided by YatraZone.com regarding the travel documents is only advisory in nature and can't be considered conclusive. The User shall ensure checking the requirements of travel with the respective airlines of the respective jurisdictions the User may transit through or choose to visit.
Check-In Terms
User should check with the airlines directly regarding the check-in timings. Usually, check-in begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights, and 3 hours before departure for international flights.
User should carry valid identification proofs, passport, age proofs as may be required to prove the identity, nationality and age of the passengers travelling on a ticket, including infants.
Changes To Existing Booking
Any changes that are made to any existing booking shall be subject to certain charges levied by the respective airline & Hotels, apart from the service fee charged by YatraZone
The User shall be obligated to pay applicable charges in the event of any alteration or modification to an existing booking. However, depending on the airline's policy and fare class, charges for changes or modifications to existing bookings may vary.
Refund
Refunds will be processed as per the airline, hotels & cab fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to YatraZone receiving the same from the airline, hotels & cab. However, the convenience fee paid to YatraZone paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to YatraZone, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the YatraZone service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, YatraZone will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the User used a debit card, YatraZone will credit the money to the same debit card.
In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, the upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
Role Of YatraZone And Limitation Of Liability Of YatraZone
YatraZone acts as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the User to select and book a particular hotel. Hotels in this context includes all categories of accommodations such as hotels, home-stays, bed and breakfast stays and any other alternate accommodations.
All the information pertaining to the hotel including the category of the hotel, images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the hotel are as per the information provided by the hotel to YatraZone. This information is for reference only. Any discrepancy that may exist between the website pictures and actual settings of the hotel shall be raised by the User with the hotel directly, and shall be resolved between the User and hotel. YatraZone will have no responsibility in that process of resolution, and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies.
Misclleaneous Policy
SEVERABILITY If any provision of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this User Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
JURISDICTION This Agreement is subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun (Uttarakhand).
AMENDMENT TO THE USER AGREEMENT YatraZone.com reserves the right to change the User Agreement from time to time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the User Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY Any information which is specifically mentioned by YatraZone.com as confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the User and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this User Agreement and the obligations of both the parties herein.
FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER YatraZone would like to know the feedback of the Users for improving its services. The User hereby authorizes YatraZone to contact the User for their feedback on various services offered by YatraZone. Such feedback may be collected through emails, telephone calls, SMS or any other medium from time to time. In case the User chooses not to be contacted, such User shall write to YatraZone.com for specific exclusion at Info@YatraZone.com
PRIVACY POLICY User shall also refer to YatraZone Privacy Policy available on YatraZone website which governs use of the Websites. By using the Website, User agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy and accordingly consents to the use of the User’s personal information by YatraZone.com and its affiliates in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL YatraZone.com strongly believes in resolving the issues raised by the User(s). In the event if user feels that it’s concern has not been resolved to it’s satisfaction, User may contact our grievance officer, who shall endeavour to redress the concern within 30 days from the date of escalation. To reach the grievance officer please use this link to submit the details. User(s) are advised to escalate to the grievance officer only when they have already raised their complaint which has not been resolved to their satisfaction, or their concern has not been resolved within 30 days from the date of ticket generation. User(s) will be required to share their booking reference number and the ticket ID generated for their complaint, for any escalations to the Grievance Officer through this link
