Agreement

By accessing, using, browsing or booking through our Web Site(s) or Directly or Indirectly through YatraZone or its representative(s), you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions & cancellation policy and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. By accepting our booking terms & conditions, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the Pilgrimage, Hotels, aviation services, Airlines, and other associate service provid from us.

Cancellation Policy:- In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing by the client. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

1) 25% cancellation charges of the Package Cost at the time of booking/ advance payment, (75% Package cost will be refundable, after getting the full payment from the client)
2) 50% cancellation charges of the Package cost after issuing your confirmation & e-vouchers (50% Package cost will be refundable, after getting the full payment from the client)
3) 90 days prior to Yatra Starting Date: 100% cancellation charges of the Package Cost without any refund provided you have received any booking confirmation / e vouchers Or Not. Package will be in 100% non-refundable conditions if the clients cancel their booking 90 days from the starting dates of Yatra.

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday & other National Holidays, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's Or National Holidays will be considered on the next working day.

Booking Procedure

1. All Tour Package & booking related correspondence to be made by written only.
2. Guests need to send their request for booking of Package by either e mail Or Whatsapp (in written), No Verbal communication will be acceptable.
3. No Verbal & Telephonic communication to be considered, if any dispute occurs, only written communication will be valid.
4. Booking is to be confirmed only after getting advance payment of the total package cost.
5. Rest of the payment to be cleared as per the payment policy.
6. All Payment has to be deposited in Company’s Current Bank Accounts Or Company’s UPI No. only (mentioned above in our Bank Account details).
7. All yatries have to provide us their aadhar card copies & CHC form at the time of booking. Also have to provide us the naming list with the self declaration as mentioned below.
8. All booking confirmations/ E vouchers & Helicopter Tickets will be provided you by the company’s official e mail ID or through WhatsApp. Yatries can reconfirm their booking with hotels for their satisfaction.
9. In case of the cancellation of the package, our cancellation policy will be applicable.
10. No amendment in Hotels/ Houseboat/Camps/ Transport & Helicopter Tickets Once the booking is done.
11. Refund, if any, approved by the Company, will be made only after the completion of the Tour Package, it may take min. 60-70 Days.
12. For NRI Clients: Aadhar Card is mandatory for Helicopter Tickets Booking, We need at least 01 Aadhar Card copy / No. out of 06 people group.

General Terms & Conditions

1. M/S Yatrazone is a individual travel agency, We provide the complete Yatra Packages. We are not authorized to sell just plan.
2. If there is any Hike in the fares by the relative authorities then the same has to be bear by the clients. The client cannot deny making the difference in the fare if any.
3. M/S yatrazone will not be held responsible for any mishap/accident/injury/death/ Natural disaster, rites, curfew, landslide, terrorism during the course of the tour.
4. Note:- In the event of breaking down of any sort of viral/bacterial epidemic & subsequent regulatory bans on Yatra due to such epidemic, we shall not be held responsible for such cancellations, In this case, nominal cancellation charges @ 50% of the total package cost shall be applicable, Rest 50% Package cost will be refunded, if the ban circular/notification is published 45 days prior to the date of commencement of tour (After getting your full payment). ** if ban circular/notification is published under 45 days to the date of commencement of tour, in this stage company can provide a win – win option for both parties mutual benefits: i.e. reschedule your current year’s booking for Next Year, after deduction a nominal services charges.
5. Force Majeure or Acts of God:-During any Package period, unforeseen events can take place, these events may include but may not be limited to the following terrorism, civil unrest, rioting, war, natural disaster, typhoons, floods, landslide, political crisis, curfew. These acts among others are referred to in the travel industry as FORCE MAJEURE, a French term meaning “Unforeseeable Circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract. “No Cancellation or any refund” will be made at any cost in case of bad weather, land-slide, any other natural disaster, political/national crisis, curfew, terrorism etc due to which the customer could not reach the destination/ airport/ railway station/ bus stand, which is beyond the control of the Agent/Hotel. It will be entirely at the risk and cost of the customer. All customers have to manage their stay, transport, Air, train & Bus fares and any further expenses at their own cost.
6. Determined by the company, Cancellation Policy & terms & condition will be applicable in the event of terrorist acts, civil unrest, rioting, war, natural disaster, typhoons, floods, landslide, political crisis, curfew, any viral pandemic condition, for any political reason etc.
7. M/s Yatrazone can assist you in booking your Flight Tickets or Can book it for you against your request. The changes in the schedule of flights are totally dependent on the Aviation service( Airlines). For any Cancellation/ Rescheduling The client has to Contact directly to the airlines. Our Company executive will not be able to help you in such a process.
8. Once the client makes his/her booking with Full/Advance Payment, He/She/they agree to all the terms and conditions of the company. Denial of which will lead to a 100% cancellation as per the policy. In case of booking cancellation, Only YatraZone Travel’s cancellation policy will be applicable.
9. The Yatra Package, once booked by the client is totally under cancellation as per the company’s policy.
10. Price excludes airfares, train fares, bus fares personal expenses like laundry, telephone, tips, Mineral Water bottles, room services, ponies, palkies charges, Cable Car ride, monuments charges, personal expenses, tips etc.
11. Meals in the Package can only be availed in the provided hotels, Mostly vegetarian meals will be severed during Yatra.
12. Meals while travelling is not included in the package and shall be paid by the customer on their own.
13. Entrance fees, if any, at any point shall be paid by customers.
14. Hotels, Helicopter tickets, Transport are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Please check the availability of Helicopter Seats & Hotels on your Yatra Date with your tour executive before booking your flight tickets. If you have booked your flight tickets without confirming the availability of the Yatra Date with your tour executive, and the Hotels, Helicopter Tickets on your travel dates are not available on the same Yatra date, then it will be completely your own risk and responsibility.
15. Rates are subject to change (without prior notice) in case of a major fuel hike or hike in Government taxes, hotel charges, etc.
16. Cancellation & other policies as per the Hotel, Helicopters & Yartazone policy.
17. Who has made the booking(who is in conversation with our executive) he/ she is only the authorized person on behalf of the whole group to contact the company and its officials regarding any issue in booking, payment update, any amendment in booking and etc. any other person of the group will not be entertained by any of the officials. As it is impossible to communicate with more than one person of the group and it will lead to confusions in your booking.
18. The registered email id & contact no. mentioned at the time of booking is unchangeable and will not be edited at any point in the booking process. All the important communication with the company can only be done through that email id/contact no.
19. Due to bad weather or technical reason if the scheduled flight is cancelled / delay, hotel/houseboat stay will consider No-Show for that day without any refund {In case the client is not able to reach their pre-booked hotel/ destination}. The next day’s accommodation has to be taken care of by the guest directly, transportation would be charged.
20. In case of cancellation of the scheduled flight due to bad weather/Force Majeure/technical reasons, advance booked passengers could get the priority next day Or aviation service can cancel the tickets and put the cancellation refund stamp on your tickets {the entire decision will be as per the aviation management, current situations and previous rush – No travel agent can interfere on their decision}.
21. We can just book the Helicopter tickets for our client. Helicopter operator reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement. If flights get delays Or cancelled it will be totally aviation services decision. We will be not responsible for any inconvenience caused.
22. Helicopter operator reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or to change the landing place or to deviate from the route of the journey thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. Helicopter operator also reserves the right to cancel or delay its flight under circumstances beyond its control, for example, bad weather conditions, technical defects and government regulations/orders/requirements etc.
23. Helicopter tickets once booked:- It’s not cancellable, amendable or reschedule-able. In case of bad weather, technical fault Or any other reason, if your Helicopter boarding/ journey could not completed or Helicopter service people provide you one sided boarding. In all these conditions Yatries have to put the compulsory cancellation stamp in their Helicopter Tickets accordingly, without stamped Helicopter tickets, refund request will be non acceptable.
24. Yatries are highly advised to send the refund request e mails to Related Board directly, we will also try to our level best to get your refund. Whenever board will provide you the refund details i.e. Tickets No. - Transaction ID – Refund Amount - Refund Date – Card No. / bank Ac details etc in which they have refunded the payment, you just have to forward the same e mail copies to us so that there is transparency in the refund process. Whenever we get the same refund with these required details, refund shall be forward to the passengers, it could take min. 25-30 days time for refund.
25. Passengers are requested to send them (Related Board) refund request along with the stamped & cancelled copies of Helicopter tickets within the time limit and follow-up with them regularly by e mails for speedily refund. In case of the delay process from your end, the refund request will not be considered. Company will start procedures of refunds after 60 - 70 days of the scheduled Yatra. In case of any kind of delay in refund / Non Payment by the Board, our company will not be liable for the same. To claim the refund, Board would require the original Cancelled Tickets copies with stamp and sign {from Helipad }. You have to put the compulsory cancellation stamp & sign in your helicopter tickets. No refund request will be accepted if tickets are submitted without Stamping.
26. Passenger have to send the original stamped cancelled tickets copies along with the bank details with IFSC Code / UPI No. for our records to avail the Helicopter actual tickets cost refund. Once we get the refund from Board, will forward the same to the passengers.
27. Please note: If for some reason, the government has postponed/cancelled the Yatra Or In the event of breaking down of any sort of viral/bacterial epidemic & subsequent regulatory bans on tour/Yatra due to such epidemic, we shall not be held responsible for such postponement & cancellations. Maximum, the company will be able to provide you with some relief as:- a) 50% cancellation amount of the total package cost will be applicable if yatra goes cancel due to above-mentioned reasons before 45 days of the Starting date of the Yatra, Rest 50% Package cost will be refunded. b) If Yatra gets postponed/cancel under 45 days of the Staring date of Yatra, in this stage company can provide a win – win option for both parties mutual benefits: i.e. reschedule your current year’s booking for Next Year, after deduction a nominal services charges.
28. Please Note: If due to any reason Yatra is not conducted in the year 2024 Or suspended due to any unexpected reasons, but destination is open for tourist, in that case, the clients will compulsory have to avail their land arrangements as per their pre-booked Package i.e. Hotel + Transporter Services + sightseeing etc. The company will refund the actual cost of your helicopter tickets (as per actual refunded by the aviation services / shrine board) at that stage. (If your full payment has been received by the company) In case of disagreement, the cancellation policy as decided by the Company will be applicable.
29. If any refund is accepted by the company in writing, it will be done within 60-70 days after the completion of Yatra.
30. YatraZone shall not be responsible for no-show of passenger(s) at next destination due to cancellation of helicopter services due to backload, delay boarding, technical reasons etc and do not turn up at the next destination.
31. No refund shall be made for all on the spot paid arrangements i.e. hotel/ camps, transport and other arrangements booked by the customer direclty due to the reasons above mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
32. Yatrazone can book helicopter tickets for passenger(s). All land & boarding arrangement parts have to be done by Aviation services only.
33. Yatris travelling by helicopter shall not be required to secure Yatra Permits but such Yatris will be required to produce Compulsory Health Certificates, duly issued by Authorised Doctors/ Institutes at the time of boarding the helicopter. No Yatri shall be allowed to board the helicopter without first submitting the CHC {Compulsory Medical Certificate}.
34. At the time of booking, for your Helicopter Tickets booking, company will require the aadhar card copies along with the CHC form copy.
35. Passengers are requested to report at the departure helipad one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD (Ticket). Passengers reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as “NO SHOW” passengers {without any refund} and the Operator reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers.. In case of bad weather or any technical reason if the flight is cancelled then the cost of the actual ticket will be refunded from helicopter services. Transaction charges & taxes will not be refunded.
36. Helicopter Tickets can be of any Aviation Services Or mixed and any Timing which will be available. The estimated timings of Helicopter Tickets are between 06:30 AM till 12:00 Noon {for Same Day Package } & In Next Day Package tickets timing will be after 01:30 PM onwards.
37. Every passenger has to carry print outs of the hotel/ Houseboat / Transport vouchers during the travel. Without Vouchers Check Inn at Hotel / Houseboat / Camps will not be granted.
38. Compulsory Photo identity proof has to be produced on Check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter Id, Pan Card, driving licensee and any other govt. approved ID etc.)
39. No replacement in accommodation is allowed during the stay. On the spot changes/amendments are not possible during the trip.
40. Yatra package cannot be rescheduled for any other destination.
41. If passenger(s) keep their vehicle for the entire tour and could not visit any sightseeing, destination due to any reason, no refund of transportation will be allotted. Only Airport dropping shall be provided on the last day.
42. No cancellation/refund request will be acceptable if the destination closed before your Yatra date Or If the Yatra is temporarily stopped / suspended by related board / government due to bad weather, land sliding or any other reasons and clients want to cancel his/ her package for these reason. The company will apply the cancellations policy.
43. No package cancellation/refund request will be acceptable due to any reason if air/train/ bus tickets get cancelled by the airlines/railway / Bus operator. The cancellation policy will be applicable.
44. If the guest(s)/passenger(s) fails to reach pre-booked hotel/ destination due to reasons beyond our control viz. rail, flight, helicopters delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, strikes, terrorism, curfew etc, they have to manage all expenses for their same-day stay at their own. In case of cancellation, our cancellation policy will be applicable.
45. No amendment in Hotels/ Houseboat/Camps/ Transport & Helicopter Tickets Once the bookings are done.
46. If any customer had any dispute of any kind, please get it resolved with your Tour Executive in between your tour, or Max. within 02-03 months from the end of your tour. Thereafter, the Company shall be unable to provide any solution on this subject.
47. If clients face any kind of inconvenience during their travel, please do get it resolved by your Tour Executive at the same time. Such complaints will not be entertained after the end of the journey.
48. The Company shall be able to resolve any dispute within 01 months from the end of the journey. After this, we will not be able to find any kind of solution on this subject. The company is not able to save the booking details for more than 01 months period with them.
49. Disputes, if any shall be subject to Jurisdiction of Uttarakhand only.

Agreement Between User and YatraZone.com

Eligibility To Use The User must be atleast 18 years of age and must possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement so as become a User and use the services of YatraZone.com If you are a minor or are below the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the Website and shall not transact on or use the Website.
As a minor if you wish to use or transact on the Website, such use or transaction shall only be made by a person of legal contracting age (legal guardian or parents). We reserve the right to terminate your membership and/or block access to the Website if it is discovered that you are a minor or incompetent to contract according to the law or any information pertaining to your age entered at the time of creation of account is false.
Before using the Website, approaching any Sales Channels or procuring the services of YatraZone.com, the Users shall compulsorily read and understand this User Agreement, and shall be deemed to have accepted this User Agreement as a binding document that governs User's dealings and transactions with YatraZone.com. All rights and liabilities of the User and YatraZone.com with respect to any services or product facilitated by YatraZone.com shall be restricted to the scope of this User Agreement.

Content All content provided through various Sales Channels, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such similar content ("Content"), are registered by YatraZone.com and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. User cannot use this Content for any other purpose, except as specified herein.
User agrees to follow all instructions provided by YatraZone.com which will prescribe the way such User may use the Content.
There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks displayed on the Website and through other Sales Channels of YatraZone.com, as may be applicable. YatraZone.com does not grant the User a license, right or authority to utilize such proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks in any manner. Any unauthorized use of the Content, will be in violation of the applicable law.

The information shared as part of the complaint shall a) clearly identify the violations b) Location of the material on the Website, including but not limited to the link of the infringing material c) In case of any IP violations, proof of ownership of such IP and d) contact information
Complainant consents that YatraZone.com shall share the contents of any complaint with necessary third parties including without limitation the accused parties involved to determine the respective rights and liabilities against any allegedly illegal content.
YatraZone.com shall make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve all content related complaints within the time period prescribed under applicable law provided that: Complainant shall provide all relevant information and supporting documentation requested by YatraZone.com to enable YatraZone.com to evaluate the complaint; and, YatraZone.com acts in good faith in the determination of any complaint and shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any act or omission of YatraZone.com pursuant to such complaint, and no such act or omission shall be construed to be an admission of any liability. Limited Liability Of YatraZone.com Unless YatraZone.com explicitly acts as a reseller in certain scenarios, YatraZone.com always acts as a facilitator by connecting the User with the respective service providers like airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus operators etc. (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). YatraZone.com liability is limited to providing the User with a confirmed booking as selected by the User.
Any issues or concerns faced by the User at the time of availing any such services shall be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. YatraZone.com will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence on part of any Service Provider.
Unless explicitly committed by YatraZone.com as a part of any product or service:
YatraZone.com assumes no liability for the standard of services as provided by the respective Service Providers.
YatraZone.com provides no guarantee with regard to their quality or fitness as represented.
YatraZone.com doesn't guarantee the availability of any services as listed by a Service Provider.
By making a booking, User understands YatraZone.com merely provides a technology platform for booking of services and products and the ultimate liability rests on the respective Service Provider and not YatraZone.com. Thus the ultimate contract of service is between User and Service Provider.
User further understands that the information displayed on the Website with respect to any service is displayed as furnished by the Service Provider. YatraZone.com, therefore cannot be held liable in case if the information provided by the Service Provider is found to be inaccurate, inadequate or obsolete or in contravention of any laws, rules, regulations or directions in force.

User's Responsibility Users are advised to check the description of the services and products carefully before making a booking. User(s) agree to be bound by all the conditions as contained in booking confirmation or as laid out in the confirmed booking voucher. These conditions are also to be read in consonance with the User Agreement.
If a User intends to make a booking on behalf of another person, it shall be the responsibility of the User to inform such person about the terms of this Agreement, including all rules and restrictions applicable there to.
The User undertakes to abide by all procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services available through YatraZone.com. The User further undertakes to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, orders, directions etc. issued by either the Central Government, State Government, District Authorities or any other statutory body empowered to do so w.r.t use of services or for each transaction.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YatraZone.com may change the features or functionality of the services being provided at any time, in its sole discretion, without any prior notice. YatraZone.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, reasonably fit for all purposes. No advice or information, whether oral or written, which the User obtains from YatraZone.com or through the services opted shall create any warranty not expressly made herein or in the terms and conditions of the services.
User also authorizes YatraZone.com representative to contact such user over phone, message and email. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by such User through national customer preference register or any other similar preferences.

Security & Account Related Information
While registering on the Website, the User will have to choose a password to access that User's account and User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of both the password and the account as well as for all activities on the account. It is the duty of the User to notify YatraZone.com immediately in writing of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. YatraZone.com will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by the User as a result of unauthorized use of the password or account, either with or without the User's knowledge. The User shall not use anyone else's account at any time.
User understands that any information that is provided to this Website may be read or intercepted by others due to any breach of security at the User's end.
YatraZone.com keeps all the data in relation to credit card, debit card, bank information etc. secured and in an encrypted form in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. However, for cases of fraud detection, offering bookings on credit (finance) etc., YatraZone.com may at times verify certain information of its Users like their credit score, as and when required.
Additionally, YatraZone.com may share your Personal Information in an anonymized and/ or aggregated form with a third party that YatraZone.com may engage to perform certain tasks on its behalf, including but not limited to payment processing, data hosting, data processing , credit score and assessing credit worthiness for offering bookings on credit in accordance with the applicable laws.
YatraZone.com adopts the best industry standard to secure the information as provided by the User. However, YatraZone.com cannot guarantee that there will never be any security breach of its systems which may have an impact on User's information too.
The data of the User as available with YatraZone.com may be shared with concerned law enforcement agencies for any lawful or investigation purpose without the consent of the User.

Usage Of The Mobile Number, Communication Details Of The User By YatraZone.com
YatraZone.com will send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction or booking made by the User, via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, e-mail or any other alternate communication detail provided by the User at the time of booking.
YatraZone.com may also contact the User through the modes mentioned above for any pending or failed bookings, to know the preference of the User for concluding the booking and also to help the User for the same.
The User hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, email or any other mode by YatraZone.com are:
upon the request and authorization of the User; 'transactional' and not an 'unsolicited commercial communication' as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI), and in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad. The User will indemnify YatraZone.com against all types of losses and damages incurred by YatraZone.com due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous complaint raised by the User on YatraZone.com with respect to the communications mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.

Insurance Unless explicitly provided by YatraZone.com in any specific service or deliverable, obtaining sufficient insurance coverage is the obligation of the User. In no case YatraZone.com shall accept any claims arising out of such scenarios.
Insurance, if any provided as a part of the service or product by YatraZone.com shall be as per the terms and conditions of the third-party insurance company. YatraZone.com merely acts as a facilitator in connecting the User with insurance company. The User shall contact the insurance company directly for any claims or disputes. YatraZone.com shall not be held liable in case of partial acceptance or denial of the claims by the insurance company.

Advertisers On YatraZone.com, & Linked Website The Website may contain links to third party websites. YatraZone.com does not control such websites and is not responsible for its contents. If a User accesses any third-party website, the same shall be done entirely at the User's risk and YatraZone.com shall assume no liability for the same.
YatraZone.com is not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages, links or any linked website pages to the extent such information is updated or provided directly by the Service Providers or the advertisers.
YatraZone.com does not endorse any advertisers on its Website, or any linked sites in any manner. The Users are requested to verify the accuracy of all information provided on the third-party web pages.
The linked sites are not under the control of YatraZone.com and hence YatraZone.com is not responsible for the contents of any linked site(s) or any further links on such site(s), or any changes or updates to such sites. YatraZone.com is providing these links to the Users only as a convenience.

Right To Refuse YatraZone.com at its sole discretion reserves the right to not accept any booking without assigning any reason thereof.
YatraZone.com will not provide any service or share confirmed booking details till such time the complete consideration is received from the User.
In addition to other remedies and recourse available to YatraZone.com under this User Agreement or under applicable law, YatraZone.com may limit the User's activity, warn other users of the User's actions, immediately suspend or terminate the User's registration, or refuse to provide the User with access to the Website if:
The User is in breach of this User Agreement; or YatraZone.com is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the User; or YatraZone.com believes that the User's actions may infringe on any third-party rights or breach any applicable law or otherwise result in any liability for the User, other users of YatraZone.com, or YatraZone.com itself. Once a User has been suspended or terminated, such User shall not register or attempt to register with YatraZone.com with different credentials, or use the Website in any manner whatsoever until such User is reinstated by YatraZone.com. We may at any time in its sole discretion reinstate suspended users. If a User breaches this User Agreement, YatraZone.com reserves the right to recover any amounts due to be paid by the User to YatraZone.com, and to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary.

The User shall not write or send any content to YatraZone.com which is, or communicate with YatraZone.com using language or content which is:
abusive, threatening, offensive, defamatory, coercive, obscene, belligerent, glorifying violence, vulgar, sexually explicit, pornographic, illicit or otherwise objectionable; contrary to any applicable law; violates third parties' intellectual property rights; a spam; or in breach of any other part of these terms and conditions of use.
If the User violates any of the aforesaid terms, YatraZone.com shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the User. Right to refusal by end service provider: User agrees that that the end service provider may refuse to provide the service(s), agreed to be provided to the User, for any booking made through YatraZone.com with/without assigning any reasons or owing to reasons including but not limited to behavioural issues, public safety, health hazards, infectious diseases, government orders/notification etc. In such scenarios of refusal, the liability that may ensue shall solely vest with the end service provider as it is outside the purview of YatraZone.com and the User agrees that any claim, refund or damages against such refusal shall lie solely against the end service provider and not YatraZone.com.

Fake Calls & Other Similar Phishing, Spaming Or Fraudulent Activities YatraZone.com employees or authorized representatives will never contact a User asking for his/ her credit or debit card number, expiry date, CVV, net banking login, passwords, OTP etc. nor will they ever request for a fund transfer to a personal or an individual bank account. Further, they will also not ask a User to install any third-party applications that enable them to view a User's mobile or computer screen.
Acting on any of these requests may make you a victim of fraud, and may potentially lead to loss of your valuable money or information.

Misclleaneous Policy

SEVERABILITY If any provision of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this User Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
JURISDICTION This Agreement is subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand.
AMENDMENT TO THE USER AGREEMENT YatraZone.com reserves the right to change the User Agreement from time to time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the User Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY Any information which is specifically mentioned by YatraZone.com as confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the User and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this User Agreement and the obligations of both the parties herein.
FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER YatraZone.com would like to know the feedback of the Users for improving its services. The User hereby authorizes YatraZone.com to contact the User for their feedback on various services offered by YatraZone.com. Such feedback may be collected through emails, telephone calls, SMS or any other medium from time to time. In case the User chooses not to be contacted, such User shall write to YatraZone.com for specific exclusion at Info@go-YatraZone.com
PRIVACY POLICY User shall also refer to YatraZone.com Privacy Policy available on YatraZone.com website which governs use of the Websites. By using the Website, User agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy and accordingly consents to the use of the User’s personal information by YatraZone.com and its affiliates in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL YatraZone.com strongly believes in resolving the issues raised by the User(s). In the event if user feels that it’s concern has not been resolved to it’s satisfaction, User may contact our grievance officer, who shall endeavour to redress the concern within 30 days from the date of escalation. To reach the grievance officer please use this link to submit the details. User(s) are advised to escalate to the grievance officer only when they have already raised their complaint which has not been resolved to their satisfaction, or their concern has not been resolved within 30 days from the date of ticket generation. User(s) will be required to share their booking reference number and the ticket ID generated for their complaint, for any escalations to the Grievance Officer through this link
