#Payment Terms
Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs. For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid before upon arrival date but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance. The contract will be not effective between the service provider agency YatraZone Private Limited and the client until received the full amount of payment from client.
1) After confirmation of any Package request: 25% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.
2) 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour package cost required.
3) 07 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
4) All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.
5) Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
6) We will not entertain any credit facility.
Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable Clients at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to info@yatrazone.com.
Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.
The YatraZone has the right to take decision by reason for:-
To cancel the contract by reason prior to the date of service provide and if does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding amount received from client without inclusion of any percentage of interest.
To amend of route / Timing of transportation service in such situation of any unavoidable circumstance.
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Cancellation Policy
1) All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
2) Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – No charge
3) Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge
4) Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
5) Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
6) Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.
7) Once the package is booked & confirmed North Sikkim part is Non Cancelable or Non Refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days :
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Services (if applicable)
Only regular priced Services may be refunded, unfortunately sale Services cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace Services if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@yatrazone.com and send your request to.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Some Cancellation & Refund Policies Are Out Of Our Tender
1) Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
2) Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
3) Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Misclleaneous Policy
SEVERABILITY If any provision of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this User Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
JURISDICTION This Agreement is subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand.
AMENDMENT TO THE USER AGREEMENT YatraZone.com reserves the right to change the User Agreement from time to time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the User Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY Any information which is specifically mentioned by YatraZone.com as confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the User and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this User Agreement and the obligations of both the parties herein.
FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER YatraZone.com would like to know the feedback of the Users for improving its services. The User hereby authorizes YatraZone.com to contact the User for their feedback on various services offered by YatraZone.com. Such feedback may be collected through emails, telephone calls, SMS or any other medium from time to time. In case the User chooses not to be contacted, such User shall write to YatraZone.com for specific exclusion at Info@go-YatraZone.com.
PRIVACY POLICY User shall also refer to YatraZone.com Privacy Policy available on YatraZone.com website which governs use of the Websites. By using the Website, User agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy and accordingly consents to the use of the User’s personal information by YatraZone.com and its affiliates in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL YatraZone.com strongly believes in resolving the issues raised by the User(s). In the event if user feels that it’s concern has not been resolved to it’s satisfaction, User may contact our grievance officer, who shall endeavour to redress the concern within 30 days from the date of escalation. To reach the grievance officer please use this link to submit the details. User(s) are advised to escalate to the grievance officer only when they have already raised their complaint which has not been resolved to their satisfaction, or their concern has not been resolved within 30 days from the date of ticket generation. User(s) will be required to share their booking reference number and the ticket ID generated for their complaint, for any escalations to the Grievance Officer through this link
