If there are circumstances beyond our control—such as inclement weather, landslides, weather-related conditions, other natural disasters, fire, embargoes, government actions or decisions, political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, or other similar causes—we won't be able to cancel or issue a refund. These circumstances also include strikes or other issues at airlines, rails, buses, hotels, or transporters; labor unrest; insolvency; business exigencies; operational and technical issues; route and flight cancellations; or circumstances that prevented the customer from reaching their destination and which are beyond our control.
